At Kalinga Weaves by Vryxaa, we are committed to delivering your order safely and on time. Please read our shipping policy carefully to understand how we handle deliveries.

1. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation
Orders placed on Sundays or UAE public holidays will be processed the next business day
You will receive an email and WhatsApp confirmation once your order has been dispatched

4. Estimated Delivery Times

Please note these are estimated timeframes and may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, or high demand periods such as Ramadan, Eid, and National Day.

5. Same Day & Express Delivery

We offer same day delivery within Dubai on orders placed before 12:00 PM, subject to availability. An additional charge of AED 40 applies for same day delivery.

For express delivery requests in other Emirates, please contact us on WhatsApp before placing your order and we will do our best to accommodate.

6. Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive:

A WhatsApp message with your tracking number
An email confirmation with courier details and a tracking link

You can track your order directly through the courier's website using the tracking number provided. For any tracking issues, contact us at info@kalingaweaves.com or +971 54 243 3232.

7. Shipping Carrier

We work with trusted UAE courier partners to ensure safe and timely delivery of your orders. Our primary delivery partners include:

Emirates Post

The carrier assigned to your order depends on your location and availability at the time of dispatch.

8. Cash on Delivery (COD)

We offer Cash on Delivery across all UAE Emirates. Please note:

COD orders must be confirmed via WhatsApp before dispatch
A COD handling fee of AED 10 may apply on orders below AED 200
Please ensure someone is available at the delivery address to receive and pay for the order
If the order is returned due to non-availability or refusal, a redelivery charge will apply

9. Packaging

All Kalinga Weaves by Vryxaa orders are carefully packed to ensure your items arrive in perfect condition. We use eco-friendly packaging wherever possible. If you receive a damaged package, please photograph it immediately and contact us within 24 hours of delivery.

10. Failed Deliveries

If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful due to an incorrect address or unavailability of the recipient:

The courier will attempt delivery up to 2 times
After 2 failed attempts, the order will be returned to us
A redelivery fee will apply to resend the order
Please ensure your delivery address and contact number are correct when placing your order
