Refund policy

1. Overview

At Kalinga Weaves, we want you to love what you ordered. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help. Please read our return and refund policy carefully before placing your order.


2. Return Eligibility

We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • The return request is made within 7 days of receiving the order
  • The item is unused, unwashed, and unworn
  • The item is in its original packaging with all tags attached
  • The item is not from the sale or discounted section
  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is provided

3. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Items marked as Final Sale or purchased at a discount
  • Innerwear, swimwear, or accessories for hygiene reasons
  • Items that have been washed, worn, altered, or damaged by the customer
  • Gift cards

4. Exchange Policy

We offer exchanges for a different size or color of the same item, subject to availability. To request an exchange, contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. If the requested size or color is not available, we will offer store credit or a refund.


5. How to Request a Return or Exchange

To initiate a return or exchange, please contact us through one of the following:

6. Return Shipping

  • If the return is due to a defective or incorrect item sent by us, we will cover the return shipping cost
  • If the return is due to a change of mind or size issue, the customer is responsible for the return shipping cost
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method Kalinga Weaves is not responsible for items lost during return shipping

7. Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout
  • For Cash on Delivery orders, refunds will be made via bank transfer please provide your bank details when contacting us
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable

8. Defective or Wrong Items

If you received a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item. We will arrange a free replacement or full refund as quickly as possible.


9. Order Cancellations

  • Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing them
  • Once the order has been packed or shipped, it cannot be cancelled
